Craig’s path and mine originally crossed last summer while he was working at Nonavo Pizza in Vancouver, but we didn’t officially meet until March of this year when Mayfly was still in its earliest stages. We were connected by the staff of Prince Coffee due to our similar interests in the food and beverage world and we became fast friends. Craig’s unwavering passion for quality and his never-ending need for innovation make him truly one-of-a-kind.
Craig is the owner and operator of Gracie’s Apizza which is currently parked at Royale Brewing. If everything goes as planned, you we will be seeing Craig’s pizza regularly at the taproom. Craig will also be heading up our wine program which will predominantly feature small wine producers and natural wines. We will work with our distributors to keep the selections balanced to suit the varying tastes of Kenton.
